Harmony Home Foundation Taiwan (HHFT)

2022 Leave No One Behind

Harmony Home Foundation Taiwan (HHFT) is a non-profit organization founded in 1986 by Nicole Yang, with a mission to provide services for people living with HIV/AIDS. With two service centers located in Taiwan, HHFT shelters around 100 individuals – including people living with HIV who have disabilities, recovering injection drug users (IDUs), HIV-positive women released from prison, men who have sex with men, migrant workers and foreigners affected by HIV/AIDS. Through the Leave No One Behind program, HHFT aims to improve the quality of life and provide elder care service for people living with HIV, supporting the "fourth 90" for HIV/AIDS (quality of life). HHFT hopes to advance the quality of life for people living with HIV by promoting HIV testing, treatment adherence and healthcare service equity in order to leave no one behind.
