The Social Partnership Development Fund is a non-profit organization that builds capacity among key communities to improve the quality of public health services. In the Spotlight is a collaborative, multi-organization, community-driven initiative with a territorial coverage of more than nine Russian regions. The project prioritizes communities disproportionately impacted by HIV who need greater healthcare and social support, highlighting unmet need and gaps in service delivery, while developing long-lasting capacity of healthcare providers.

Ostrov is a community-led organization supporting people living with HIV in Novosibirsk, Russian Federation. The Island Project, a resource center for women, is aimed at developing a gender-sensitive approach in working with women living with HIV. The project creates remote testing services that consider the specific needs of women. The project aims to reach 2,000 women with distance testing services and engage 1,500 women at its resource center.

AIDS Foundation East-West (AFEW) strives to promote health and increase access to prevention, treatment and care for communities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia facing major public health concerns such as HIV, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, and sexual and reproductive health issues. AFEW seeks to do this by advocating for the human rights for marginalized populations and upholding their rights to health, engaging communities in developing and supporting health services for disproportionately impacted communities and addressing HIV stigma and discrimination.
