Action Wellness

The Bright Horizons Center at Action Wellness

Formerly ActionAIDS, Action Wellness is a nonprofit organization committed to helping people living with chronic diseases in the Greater Philadelphia area. Action Wellness is implementing additional resources for The Bright Horizons Center, which is working to help meet the needs of at risk pregnant women. The center provides short-term medical case management such as linkage to care and social and supportive services.
