The Mind, Body, and Soul Health and Wellness Circle is designed to support community-wide efforts to help Black gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men engage with a range of health-related services, from in-person to virtual reality. Six Black-led community-based organizations (Alliance Care360, Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus, Life4All, Lighthouse Foundation, Project Vida, and Task Force Prevention and Community Services) are working together to form the Wellness Circle.

AIDS Foundation of Chicago

Increasing Awareness and Access of the HIV Resource Hub (The Hub)

The AIDS Foundation of Chicago is working to increase access to its HIV Resource Hub by adding digital communications options. The Hub is connecting individuals to case management, housing, prevention services, food and emergency financial assistance via chat, video and a digital client portal. These efforts are being bolstered by a robust stigma reduction community education campaign in key neighborhoods most impacted by HIV.
