The Jackson Medical Mall was transformed from an abandoned shopping mall to a modern medical and retail facility. The mission, to provide healthcare for the undeserved and to promote economic and community development, was made possible through strategic partnerships with UMMC, Jackson State University and Tougaloo College. It's Time: Let's End the Epidemic, through CARE4ME Services, seeks to improve health outcomes of people living with HIV and to serve as the bridge to prevent gaps in HIV educational and supportive services. All programs are designed to address identified needs within communities of color, including young Black gay men, bisexual men and transgender people.
