Atlanta Harm Reduction Coalition

End of the Epidemic

The Atlanta Harm Reduction Coalition engages with grassroots advocacy, research and direct services to help individuals live healthier lives “as they are.” End of the Epidemic is designed to decrease morbidity and mortality associated with HIV/AIDS by expanding HIV services through development of evidence-based and culturally-appropriate programs for Black men who have sex with men and women including sex workers in Atlanta.

Vision Kicks: Dismantling and Kicking the Stigma of HIV/AIDS

The Vision Community Foundation (VCF) is committed to ending the HIV epidemic not only in Georgia, but in other states where its affiliate organizations operate, working to impact and transform the community through outreach, awareness and prevention to empower all people to live a healthy and productive life. The structure of the Vision Kicks program utilizes five pathways to address, dismantle and ultimately “kick” the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. Our pathways include holistic health, education/career achievement, advocacy, spiritual empowerment and personal and interpersonal wellbeing.

Ending the HIV Epidemic Through Prevention and Care

The mission of the Carl Bean Men’s Health and Wellness Center is to reduce health disparities in the black gay and bisexual community by providing high quality medical services. Through this program, the health center is enhancing its continuum of care for people living with HIV, in particular, among Black gay, bisexual, transgender male to female and heterosexual men residing in Fulton County.
